Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options based on your destination:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Duties & Taxes Included
- 4PX Express: 7-15 business days
- YunExpress: 7-15 business days
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are prepaid by us.
No additional charges upon delivery.

Express (DAP — Delivered at Place)
- DHL Express: 3-5 business days
- UPS Expedited: 3-6 business days
- FedEx International Priority: 3-6 business days
Import duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Tax-inclusive (DDP) channels are also available for UPS and FedEx upon request.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can track your order at any time through our Tracking Page.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at
sujunxin207@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
